As modern electronic systems demand higher efficiency and improved safety, toroidal transformers have become a preferred solution across multiple industries. Commonly used as power and isolation transformers, they are widely applied in computers, telecommunications equipment, medical systems, instrumentation, and lighting technologies.
China’s toroidal transformer manufacturing capability has grown significantly in the past ten years. From initial development to large-scale production, the industry now serves both domestic and international markets. Major applications within China include home audio systems, automation control devices, and quartz lamp lighting systems.
Main Product Types
Standard Series (8–1500VA)
Designed for high-performance requirements, this series offers low voltage regulation and a temperature rise of only 40°C at full load. Short-term overload is allowed. Class B polyester film insulation ensures reliable performance under AC 4000V/1min testing conditions.
Economic Series (50–1500VA)
Optimized for cost efficiency, this series is ideal for continuous operation environments. With an operating temperature of 60°C and Class A insulation, output voltage deviation remains below 3% at full load.
Isolation Series (50–1000VA)
Engineered for enhanced safety, these transformers are available for both industrial and medical use. They feature reinforced insulation with at least four layers of Class B polyester film and double-insulated primary wires. Breakdown voltage exceeds 4000V, and maximum temperature rise is below 45°C.
Medical-grade models further comply with UL544 standards, incorporating thermal protection and strict spacing requirements for improved operational safety.
