High-frequency transformers save the same electricity as fans, motors, and pumps.
It can control the input voltage frequency according to the load change, keep the pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters stable, thereby greatly improving the working performance of the compressor. Today, we share with you the common faults and solutions of high-frequency transformers.
Fault 1: The voltage is unstable
Voltage instability often occurs during use. Once the voltage is unstable, the load phenomenon will occur, and in severe cases, it will cause the equipment to start abnormally. Solution: The regulator can be adjusted in time to solve the problem.
Fault 2: The motherboard is damaged
High frequency transformers have been used until now. During this process, it is easy to damage the motherboard. After the motherboard is damaged, the internal components of the device cannot work properly and the air pressure is released.
Fault 3: The cooling fan is damaged
High temperature failures may occur during the operation of the equipment. At this time, check whether the cooling channel of the inverter is blocked. When the cooling fan of the inverter is not working normally, a large amount of heat will accumulate inside the inverter and cannot be dissipated. If the cooling fan is damaged, it must be replaced in time.
Fault 4: Displacement
During the operation of the equipment, the displacement is suddenly insufficient. At this time, the high-frequency transformer inlet filter can be checked, and it is found that there is a dirt deposit blockage, so that the displacement is reduced, or the suction pipe is too long and the pipe section is too small, so that the volume cannot be reduced. Solution: Always clean or replace the device.
