Key points of high-frequency transformer manufacturing process 3 Bushing
General bushing position rules:
A External: The shorter the distance between the end of the bushing and the PIN, the better. However, remember that the bushing must not be wrapped around the PIN, which will cause empty soldering.
B Internal: a Without sidewall, flatly attach the BOBBIN about 1/2L in length B With sidewall, the bushing must be inside the margin wall.
The width and material of the margin tape cannot be changed arbitrarily, because its width and material involve safety regulations when designing the transformer and require special attention.
The width of the margin tape: Generally, it needs to be the same height as the winding height to prevent the copper wire from overlapping the false wall during winding. However, if it is difficult to install the core, it may be wrapped about 1/2-3/4 of the height, but the principle is that the winding does not overlap the false wall.
Tips: Sometimes, if the inlet and outlet wires are thick and there is a bushing, if it will affect its thickness, the lead wire can be skipped. At this time, special attention should be paid to the position of the bushing, and there must be enough safety distance (the width of the deep false wall).
This point must be deep inside the false wall. Sometimes, when the gap in the false wall is large or the copper foil is wound with the M/F, it is not obvious whether it is deep inside the false wall or on the M/T. A safety rod with the same width as the M/T must be used for each measurement.
Key Points of High-Frequency Transformer Manufacturing Process 4
The winding principles of copper sheets generally have the following methods:
A One circle is not connected to the lead wire, the head and tail cannot be short-circuited, and there is an insulating material between the head and tail
B One circle is connected to the lead wire, and the width of the tape must be greater than the width of the copper sheet,
C Two leads for copper sheets with more than one circle
D Three leads for copper sheets with intermediate extension
