Selection and Replacement of Inductors
When selecting inductor, first consider whether its performance parameters (such as inductance, rated current, quality factor, etc.) and overall dimensions can meet the requirements.
Small fixed inductors, color code inductors and color ring inductors can directly replace each other as long as the inductance and rated current are the same and the overall dimensions are similar.
Although the models of oscillating coils in semiconductor radios are different, they can be replaced with each other as long as their inductance, quality factor and frequency range are the same. For example, the oscillating coil LTF-1-1 can be directly substituted with LTF-3 and LTF-4.
The horizontal oscillating coil in the TV should be of the same model and specification as far as possible, otherwise the working state of its device and circuit will be affected.
The deflection coil is generally used together with the picture tube and the line and field scanning circuits. However, as long as their specifications and performance parameters are similar, even if their models are different, they can replace each other.
2 Selection and replacement of transformer
1. Selection and replacement of power supply | voltage regulator | voltage regulator transformer
When selecting the power transformer, it should match the load circuit. The power transformer should have a power margin (its output power should be slightly greater than the * * power of the load circuit), and the output voltage should be the same as the local AC input voltage of the load circuit power supply.
For ordinary power circuit, "E" type dead center power transformer can be selected. If it is the power circuit of high fidelity audio power amplifier, "C" type transformer or ring type transformer shall be selected.
Power transformers with the same dead center data, output power and output voltage can usually be directly interchangeable.
2. Selection and replacement of line output transformer
After the TV line output transformer is damaged, the line output transformer with the same model as the original machine should be selected as far as possible. Due to different models and specifications of line output transformers, their structures, pins and secondary voltage values will be different.
When selecting the line output transformer, visually check whether its magnetic core is loose or broken, and whether the transformer appearance is not tightly sealed. The output transformer of the new line should also be compared with the output transformer of the original line to see whether the pin and the internal winding are completely different.
If there is no line output transformer of the same model to be changed, the line output transformer with different pin numbers and positions can also be used to change the magnetic core and the output voltage phase of each winding (such as changing the winding terminals, changing the pin order, etc.).
3. Selection and replacement of intermediate frequency transformer
The intermediate frequency transformer has a fixed resonant frequency. The intermediate frequency transformer of the AM radio cannot be interchanged with the intermediate frequency transformer of the FM radio and the intermediate frequency transformer of the TV. The intermediate frequency transformer of the accompanying sound in the TV cannot be interchanged with the intermediate frequency transformer of the image.
When selecting intermediate frequency transformer, * * select intermediate frequency transformer of the same model and specification, otherwise it is difficult to work normally. During selection, the winding shall also be checked to see whether there is a broken wire or short circuit (the coil collides with the shield).
If an intermediate frequency transformer in the radio is damaged and there is no intermediate frequency transformer of the same model to be replaced, only a complete set of intermediate frequency transformers of other models (generally 3) can be used to replace the complete set of intermediate frequency transformers of the radio. When replacing the device, the sequence of a certain intermediate frequency transformer shall not be installed incorrectly or interchanged at will.
