After years of hard work, the research team of the University has successfully overcome the heat dissipation problem of high-frequency ferrite transformers and achieved major scientific research results. Under high-frequency working conditions, traditional ferrite transformers often suffer from poor heat dissipation, resulting in performance degradation and shortened life, which seriously restricts their application in the high-frequency field.

The team conducted in-depth research on the microstructure of ferrite materials and innovatively introduced a new type of heat dissipation material and heat dissipation structure, which significantly improved the heat dissipation performance of high-frequency ferrite transformers. The experimental results show that under the same working conditions, the temperature rise of the new high-frequency ferrite transformer is [X]℃ lower than that of the traditional transformer, greatly improving its stability and reliability.

This technological breakthrough will open a new door for the application of high-frequency ferrite transformers in fields with extremely high heat dissipation requirements such as electric vehicle charging piles and aerospace. At present, the team has reached cooperation intentions with many companies to jointly promote the industrialization process of this technology.
