The interior of the high-frequency transformer is composed of many parts, and the winding is one of them. So what are the common types of windings? How should the windings be selected?

Commonly used conductors are enameled round conductors and paper-covered flat conductors. When the cross section of the wire is small, the round wire is superior to the flat wire in the process, but the space utilization rate is poor. The bare diameter of the commonly used enameled round wire is 0.06~2.5mm; the width of the commonly used flat wire is greater than or equal to 14mm, and the thickness is greater than or equal to 5mm. When the winding current is large, multiple limit wires are often used in parallel to meet the requirements of the wire cross section.
Considering the process, the number of parallel windings of cylindrical windings is greater than or equal to 6.
For windings of 10kv and below, the bidirectional thickness of the wire insulation paper is 0.4mm, and the strength polyester enameled wire can also be used. Current density is related to load loss and temperature rise. In order to reduce load losses and improve efficiency, the current density should be reduced. For high-frequency transformers in different application scenarios, the most suitable wires should be selected according to the characteristics of different wires.
