Bourns Inc., a leading provider of magnetic components, has launched a new series of dual-winding shielded SMD power inductors tailored for single-ended primary-inductor converter (SEPIC) topologies in DC-DC converters, as well as LC filters in Class-D audio amplifiers and trans-inductor voltage regulator (TLVR) systems. The innovative two-in-one design consolidates two inductors into a single package, reducing PCB footprint by up to 40% compared to discrete components while cutting costs.

Key models like the SRF1280A and TLVR1105T series feature magnetic shielding that minimizes radiation emissions—critical for noise-sensitive applications such as smartphones and server motherboards.
