A small transformer with a big structure in it. Now we are going to anatomy high-frequency transformer, with you to understand the inside of the structure.
  1. Enameled wire
COPPER WIRE is one of the basic materials for transformer production,
and it can complete the most basic function of transformer -- voltage conversion function. It is commonly referred to as WIRE meaning "WIRE"
and the real name should be COPPER WIRING.
  1. line frame and base
The wire frame and the base are the bobbin of the supporting coil, and then matched with PIN(some wire frame does not have PIN, but is replaced by wire) to form a complete bracket, so that the transformer line can be easily wrapped on the PIN.  Its name is BOBBIN.
  1. Core
It is mainly divided into two kinds: one is the core of low-frequency transformer, such as silicon steel sheet and silicon steel sheet;  One is high frequency transformer core, this core strictly speaking, should be called magnetic core ‖ more appropriate, it is made of ferrite magnetic powder high temperature sintering processing, usually we hear in the factory, ‖ iron core ‖ this is just a common name, since everyone is called so, let's just use it.
  1. Silicon steel sheet
There are different materials according to the amount of steel, commonly used are:  ZII(M6)-- Class Z is directional silicon steel sheet, mainly H18, H20, H23, H50 and H60. (M18, M20, M23, M50, M60.) etc.
  1. The tape
Adhesive TAPE is often used in transformers. The foreign name of adhesive TAPE is TAPE, and it is also called MAYLAG, which is just the English transliteration of the name of the base material. The main functions of adhesive TAPE in transformers are insulation, filling and fixation.
