At the end of the workday, ensure that the high-frequency switching transformer is sealed and moisture is evacuated using a vacuum pump. By doing this, any free water on the surface of the transformer is removed. The next morning, when the transformer is ready for use, purge it with dry nitrogen or dry air. After maintenance, it’s advisable to run hot oil circulation for 24 hours before putting the system back into operation.

Additionally, after every workday, proper rainproof measures should be taken to protect the transformer from external moisture. The use of hot oil spraying for drying the transformer helps eliminate residual moisture, with the process generally taking 7 to 10 days.
