high-frequency switching power supply, and also used as a high-frequency inverter power transformer in high-frequency inverter power supply and high-frequency inverter welding machine.According to the working frequency, it can be divided into severalgrades: 10Khz-50khz, 50KhZ-100khz, 100kHz ~ 500kHz, 500kHz ~ 1MHz, and above 1MHz. When the transmission power is relatively large, IGBT is generally used as the power device. Because IGBT has the phenomenon of turn-off current trailing, its operating frequency is relatively low. If the transmission power is relatively small, MOSFET can be used, and the working frequency is relatively high.
