Six key points in the manufacturing process of high-frequency transformers:
solder
1) After soldering, the PIN pin should be flat and smooth and free of foreign matter.
2) The thread end is not higher than the bump.
3) After soldering, the BOBBIN is intact, with no damage or short legs.
4) There is little soldering oil (flux) residue, no tin staining, and no short circuit.
5) The tape is not damage-tolerant.
6) Solder at least a full circle.
7) There should be no horizontal tin tips after soldering.
Seven key points in the manufacturing process of high-frequency transformers combination
1) The core assembly surface is flat and has no skew.
2) BOBBIN, CORE, and wiring pins should be kept clean and free of impurities and glue.
3) Identify the direction in which the CORE with GAP should be placed.
4) The maximum skew of EE, EI, and UU type CORE cannot be greater than 0.5mm or 1/10 CORE width.
