4>The principle of winding copper sheet:
A No lead is connected in one circle. The head and tail should
not be short-circuited. Insulation materials should be used to
isolate the head and tail.
B. The width of the tape must be larger than the width of the copper sheet.
C Two copper leads for more than one turn.
D Copper piece of middle drawout type, three leads.
5>Richard line
1) Vertical line management standard
A thin line and thick line should be trimmed for more than one
turn, and the position of the trimming line should be between
2/3 of the height of the base and the boss (if insufficient,
increase the number of winding).
The length of B thread should not exceed half of the distance
between two adjacent feet and the longest length should not
exceed 1mm.
C Multiple groups of lines and wound the line. The thin line
should be placed on the top layer and one strand should not be finished before the other strand.
D If there is a sleeve, the length of the sleeve should not be
lower than that of the base
E For the same slot and different feet, the same direction and
winding.
2) Horizontal line management standard
(A) The thread should be evenly distributed on the feet, and the thread should be at least more than half of the foot (if there is not enough,
increase the number of wire coils to make up, but not more than the length of the foot).
B Trim line from the root of the foot to the spiral upward and at least a full circle.
C The length of the thread should not exceed half of the distancebetween two adjacent feet and the longest length should not
exceed 1mm.
D Multiple groups of lines and wound the line. The thin line
should be placed on the top layer and one strand should not be cut before the other strand.
E When trimming cables with different feet in the same slot,
wrap them in the same direction. The length of the bushing
should not be lower than that of the base and not close to the PIN.
