A Determine the parameters of BOBBIN
B All windings must be flat and non-overlapping.
C Single-group winding can be made with single-color wire. Double-group winding must be divided into two-color wires or open wires dipped in tin to avoid winding errors.
D. The crossing line must be isolated with tape
1. Spread completely and evenly
2. The densely wound wiring is even and tight
3. Keep sufficient safety distance A, B between both sides of the coil and the edge of the winding groove
4. The length of the casing must be sufficient, with one end extending into the safety tape of the bobbin and the other end extending out of the upper edge of the BOBBIN, but not close to the PIN.
6. The edge of the tape should be flush with the winding groove, and the tape should not be skewed, folded or damaged.
7. Tape must be applied under the jumper wire to keep the jumper wire insulated from the underlying coil.
A vertical BOBBIN
Thick wire: 0.8φ or more, 1 turn of wire Thin wire: 0.2-0.8φ, 1.5 turns of wire Ultra-fine wire: 0.2φ or less, 2-3 turns of wire
The principle of vertical BOBBIN wrapping method: the wrapping thread should be pressed as far as possible to the bottom so as not to exceed the convex point.
B. Horizontal BOBBIN: Wrap about 2-3 times. Do not press the winding to the bottom to avoid burning the BOBBIN during soldering. Only use this method if there is a width restriction and the specifications are strict. Press the winding wire to the bottom and then solder, then trim the PIN. to reduce the width of the entire transformer.
C Horizontal (horizontal) winding method of BOBBIN: Wrap about 2-3 turns in a loose manner, do not press it to the bottom to avoid burning the BOBBIN during soldering.
